In this step SBK Business will identify the companies' current commercial strategy, its strengths, weakness and opportunities for improvement, as well as the companies' market knowledge level. In order to perform this step, we undertake in-depth interviews with key informants, statistical data base analysis, identification of price versus volume relations, pricing policy review, commercial force organizational model assessment, incentives system model analysis and we can also research competitive position with customers and channels.
The facts and findings from the previous step are presented and validated in this step. New inputs and drivers can be introduced here as well to the overall analysis.
In this step, SBK Business will present propositions for short term changes as well as medium and long term improvement projects, always supported with facts and findings validated in the previous step. In order to identify the propositions with the highest impact in the companies' commercial outcomes, and aiming to prioritize them, each proposition is subjected to companies' assessment based on the following criteria: positive drivers, success factor conditions and estimated financial impact.
After the projects selection, we will follow its implementation through training the internal staff assigned to the implementation activities, transferring the most current concepts, which have proved more effective in increasing the organizations commercial competitiveness in order to ensure the success and continuity of the project.
